Baliyak Li Tucker (January 5th, 2002) is a former Chinese politician and was the final ambassador of Asia United, the Asian diplomatic faction responsible for organizing the terms that ended World War 3 in (most of) Eurasia. Tucker himself was co-drafter of the Harriet-Tucker Treaty, the document signed by China, Russia, and the Western Allies.

In 2062, Baliyak retired to the Zeus Colony. Two years later, he took a position as Professor of Asian Politics at Blue Park University, which he maintained until his retirement in August of 2083.

Baliyak's father, Daniel Tucker, was an American anthropologist who moved to China in in 1998. He met fellow anthropologist, Jun Song, in late '99, and the two became inseparable.
