Charles Marshall Grandin (June 4th, 2042) is an East American warlord and head of the Grandin Family. His primary(and most recent) place of residence is located about fifteen minutes south of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
He succeeded his murdered father, Arthur, as head of the family. He has eluded capture by Federation forces nine times in four years.
